Service Status History We have tried pinging Sirius XM Radio website using our server and the website returned the above results. If is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting.
Open DNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.
I have spent over 15 hrs talking to Sirius about not being able to log in on the app on my i Phone They can't figure it out . There techs are DUMB ASSES I WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS .
Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...
Fix DNS Problems A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs.
If that still does not work, call Sirius XM for Business Listener Care at 1-888-964-2874 to see if there is a repeater out in your area.
If none of these steps work and there is not a signal outage in your area, your equipment may need to be replaced.Make sure antenna is securely connected to your radio for business. If using an antenna extension, make sure all connections between the antenna, inline amplifier, and coax cable are secure.Everything else works fine except for the Sat, which just continues to show "Acquiring Signal" and play my one stuck channel. I tried sending a signal refresh per Sirus XM's instructions, but that didn't seem to change anything.Anyone have an idea of how to force a reset or do anything else?A few of our listeners who have specific types of radios may experience minor technical issues once these channel additions and adjustments are completed.
